Our Saturday development will be run by Dino Geremia, (Nationally Certified Football Coach). Dino will be responsible to introduce and teach safe contact tackling as well as run camps for different positions on the football field. Positional camps will be run with the help of some college and professional players that work closely with Dino.

We will be running development every Saturday. All registered players are expected to attend development sessions. At the same time, team coaches will be on the field to assist.

The RMFL will continue to provide the best opportunity for young boys and girls to grow their love of football and at the same time enhance their football skills.

It is our commitment to our families to do everything possible to make football safe and fun.

Tyke Football - Introduction to tackle football

This season the RMFL is introducing Tyke Football. It is a part of our Atom Tackle Program. Our goal in Tyke is to introduce all the basic skills of tackle football to 1st year Atom players who are 8 years old by December 31.
Tyke football will be a group of 8-10 players practicing together with 2 coaches...

If you are interested in assisting at any of these levels, please contact our coaching coordinator Aarron Thompson. All new coaches can apply for their free NCCP coaches id at This will be a requirement for all assistants not registered previously. The RMFL reimburses all coaches any fees paid that they pay for their certification. Some certification courses require weekday/weekend instruction. Courses will be offered all summer up to the 2nd week of September. A compete list of courses and locations will be available soon.
